 and services provided by EnvySky Flight School Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our Website or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms.

 1.⁠ ⁠ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 2.⁠ ⁠SERVICES PROVIDED

EnvySky Flight School provides:

Flight training (Private, Instrument, Commercial, Multi-Engine)
Ground instruction
Aircraft rental
Time-building programs
Related aviation training services

All services are subject to instructor availability, aircraft availability, weather conditions, and operational limitations.

 3.⁠ ⁠NO GUARANTEE OF CERTIFICATION

We do not guarantee:

Completion of any training program within a specific timeframe
Passing of FAA written, oral, or practical exams
Employment or career outcomes

Flight training is performance-based and varies by individual.

 4.⁠ ⁠STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Comply with all FAA regulations and safety procedures
Follow all instructor directions at all times
Maintain valid required documents (ID, medical certificate, etc.)
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled lessons
Conduct proper pre-flight inspections

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of training.

 5.⁠ ⁠PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payment is required for all services rendered
Students must maintain a minimum account balance as required by the Company
A valid payment method must be kept on file
Refund Policy
Unused funds may be refunded upon written request
If training is financed (e.g., through Stratus Financial), refunds will be returned to the financing provider where applicable
Fees for completed services are non-refundable

 6.⁠ ⁠SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Lessons must be scheduled in advance
Cancellations require notice (as defined by Company policy)
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges

Weather and maintenance may require rescheduling at the Company’s discretion.

 7.⁠ ⁠AIRCRAFT USE & LIABILITY

You acknowledge:

Aircraft operation involves inherent risk
You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow procedures
Pre-Flight Responsibility

You must:

Conduct a thorough pre-flight inspection
Report and document any damage prior to flight

Failure to document pre-existing damage may result in you being held responsible.

 8.⁠ ⁠SAFETY & TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service
Terminate training
Remove any student from an aircraft or program

At any time for:

Safety concerns
Non-compliance
Unsafe or disruptive behavior

 9.⁠ ⁠ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You understand and accept that:

Aviation involves inherent risks, including injury or death
You voluntarily participate in all training activities.

10.⁠ ⁠LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

EnvySky Flight School Corp shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of income or career opportunities
Delays due to weather, maintenance, or scheduling

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services.

11.⁠ ⁠WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with Website functionality.

12.⁠ ⁠INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website (logos, text, materials) is owned by EnvySky Flight School Corp and may not be used without permission.

13.⁠ ⁠THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party providers (payments, scheduling, financing).
We are not responsible for their services or policies.

14.⁠ ⁠GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through:
